Car Mastro is operated by Rever Holdings. Use Ask Mastro for questions about an enquiry or your information.
When you use Ask Mastro, we collect the details you enter: your name, contact information, car preferences, budget, location, listing link, and message. If you arrive from an article, its reference may be included.
What happens to an enquiry?
Enquiries are stored using Cloudflare’s infrastructure so Car Mastro can review and respond to them. We record when you submitted and your agreement to this use. We do not add you to a marketing list.
We delete enquiries after 90 days. A daily automated cleanup removes records that reach that limit.
Your enquiry goes to Car Mastro, not to the seller. If an introduction to a dealer could help, we’ll discuss sharing your details with you first.
Site operation
The site has no advertising trackers. Cloudflare handles requests to serve and protect the site. A hashed network identifier may be stored to limit repeated form submissions; the enquiry record does not contain your IP address.
Questions about your information
Use Ask Mastro to request access to or deletion of your enquiry. Include your reference if you have it, and a contact address so we can follow up. Avoid putting identity documents, financial account details, or other sensitive material in the form.
Optional analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand which pages people read and when they click Ask Mastro. Events pass through pulse.carmastro.com. They include the page path, referring domain, basic browser and device information, timing, and random identifiers stored in your browser’s local storage.
We exclude URL query strings, form contents and contact details. We do not create person profiles or record sessions. Client IP addresses are discarded and location enrichment is disabled.
Your choice is saved for 180 days. Analytics starts only after you accept. Choose No thanks to continue without it. You can change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer. Turning analytics off stops new events and removes its identifiers from this browser; it does not erase events already sent. No analytics cookies are used.
